Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu

Assistance on arrival at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city & Sawaymbunath. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02 : In Kathmandu

Morning sightseeing tour of Bhadgaon, Bodhnath & Pashupatinath. Afternoon free. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 : Kathmandu - Lhasa

Transfer to airport to connect SZ 408 KTM-LXA flight. Upon arrival you will be met by our Tibet representative & transferred to Hotel.

Day 04 : Lhasa

Guided sightseeing tour of Potala, the winter palace of the Dalai Lama; Drepung, the biggest monastic university of Tibet & Nechung Monastery, temple of the State oracle of Tibet.

Day 05 : Lhasa

Guided sightseeing tour of Jokhang, the central cathedral of Tibet, Barkhor, the bustling Lhasa market encircling the Jokhang Temple, Tibetan Medical Centre & Norbulinka Palace.

Day 06 : Lhasa - Gyangtse

Drive via Yamdrok, the Turquoise Lake to Gyangtse across Kampa la pass 5050 m & Karo la (5045 m) passes. Visit Kubum stupa & Pelkor Chode Monastery

Day 07 : Gyangtse - Shalu - Shigatse

Drive to Shigatse. En route visit Shalu Monastery. Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, the seat of Panchen Lama who is the 2nd in the Buddhist religious hierarchy & Shigatse Market.

Day 08 : Shigatse - Sakya - Shegar/dingri

Drive to Shegar across Tsoula pass (4500 M) & Gyatso la pass (5220 M). En route visit Sakya Monastery.

Day 09 : Shegar - Zhangmu

Drive to Zhangmu. En route visit Milarepa Cave.

Day 10 : Kathmandu

Walk across Friendship Bridge & transfer to Kathmandu. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel.

Day 11 : Depart Kathmandu

In time departure transfer to the airport to board flight back home. END OF THE TOUR
